I find myself in the very unusual situation of actually being pleased with a car buying experience. I'm fairly certain this is a first.

I usually have to go in prepared for battle and all sorts of ridiculous antics (e.g. what payment are you looking for?, let me speak to my manager., what do we have to do to get this done today?, etc.), but Sam Estaniss made the process easy and enjoyable. Half the battle in sales is understanding your customer versus applying a "one size fits all sales strategy" to everyone.

This is the first and only dealership I would recommend. Finance guy was also very smart and easy to work with and didn't have my credit pulled four or five times like another dealership did a few years ago. Keep up the good work!
