That's the problem. Is the Krazy Kangaroo not in Austria ??? You would think it would be in England! I can say perfect English, but it's a pity that obviously only "ski bums" from the English-speaking area or Scandinavia work and therefore no German is spoken. Just as you write to me in English a question about my rating. Should not originality be an incentive? At Arlberg it has become fashionable to anglicise or to use French names.
More and more lodges, chalets and ... Life labels. When I travel to London, I expect original English pubs and no Austrian wine bars. The Austrian quality in the hotel and catering industry is absolutely top international. Especially the handling of guests is characterized by the enchanting nature of the alpine language, the appearance and the interaction with the guest. Of course, also to be able to offer the guest in his language or at least in English good service. But obviously you do not want to show his "roots" anymore. Too bad and I think a very big mistake. Thus, the path leads from individuality to uniformity. Advertising technically hardly to advocate. On the mostly bad service and negative appearance of the unskilled "Ski Bums" I would not even go into detail.
P.S. Respect only after more than a year to ask the reason for my 2-star rating!
