I have been with Q underwriting since 2010, and I can confidently say that their services are average. While they have a decent range of insurance products, their customer service can be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response from their representatives and the claim process can be lengthy. However, their online portal is easy to use and allows me to manage my policies conveniently.
