Most colleges have excellent tutoring services, like at the 4-year college I attended, before taking classes at PVCC. Unfortunately, the writing tutors at this college are TERRIBLE! No help, not friendly, and they don't seem to be good writers themselves! Am I supposed to take writing advice from a BAD writer?? HIRE BETTER TUTORS! HIRE folks with better people skills! The learning center at this college desperately needs new management. Waste of my tuition money.
