I have had both positive and negative experiences with Serendipi. While their customer service was not great initially, they were able to resolve my issues in the end. The website, serendipi.nl, is easy to navigate and has a decent selection of products. However, the delivery took longer than expected. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
