Niraja Hatha Yoga is more than just a yoga studio to me. It's a sanctuary where I can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with myself. The teachers are incredibly supportive and the studio has a welcoming atmosphere. The use of emoji in their teachings adds a fun and playful element to the practice 😊. I always leave feeling rejuvenated!
