I recently visited this dental office and found the experience to be less than satisfactory. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was a considerable wait, even with an appointment. During my consultation, I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed, leaving me uncertain about the treatment plan. The atmosphere lacked warmth, and I expected more from a family-oriented practice. 🦷 Despite having modern equipment, the overall process felt rushed and impersonal. Communication could significantly improve to make patients feel more comfortable and informed. I believe there's room for better service in the future. 😕
