They have really bad service

They have really bad service
1- the TV is not clear and bad 2- the telephone is not clear 3- always late room service 4- the restaurant bad taste 5- bad behavior with the customer 6- the price is very expensive for this resort because the things are old and consumer and there is no maintenance.
