They agreed to an offer I made, stating, "GREAT" on a vehicle and I even included the dollar amount agreed upon in the proceeding emails back and forth as we were setting up me picking it up and finalizing it, to which they never mentioned an issue with the amount offered or taking back their agreement on my offer. After they set up an appointment for me to come in and waisting hours of my time on emails, phone, online, when talking with the financial dept. person to finish up the process, he said they would not actually honor the price the person who agreed to my offer. They should not have someone agree to your email offer and then take it back. Very unprofessional! I would not recommend doing business with Apple Chevrolet of York, due to this dishonest practice. I have purchased vehicles before and never had this happen before with other dealerships when any member agrees to your offer it is upheld and honored.
