I brought in a book to have two opposing pages copied and had marked the pages with a post card that had come with the book (offering free additional materials).
When I returned home I found the post card missing and called to inquire, but to my disappointment I was told in a happy and nonchalant manner that, No one has seen it. Happy holidays.
Surely it didn t grow legs and run away.
So unprofessional.
In addition, an entire row of numbers was missing from one side of all ten copies. Shouldn t the staff make one copy to be sure the alignment was correct before whipping off all ten?
Once again the staffs response was a happy laugh and a simple, Oops, I hope that s ok?
Once again, incredibly unprofessional.
