I had a mixed experience working with Multisoft Solutions Ghana Limited. While their team was knowledgeable and delivered the required solutions, I found the communication to be lacking at times. There were instances where my queries went unanswered for extended periods, which caused delays in the project. However, once the communication improved, everything proceeded smoothly. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
