My company has been doing business with Digital Dolphin for some time now, however it seems there was a miscommunication, we tried to return the orders and the sales rep "was on vacation," so he did not respond, now they are requesting payment on the duplicate order. the sales rep kept on saying "well its not my fault...well its not my fault..I was on vacation." Well now its not my fault, you just lost a customer.
