The customer service at Alton Regional Convention is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure that all of your needs are met. I've been to many conventions in the past, but none have compared to the level of service that I experienced at Alton. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a convention venue.
