I had a pretty average experience with Merkandi.de b2b handelsplattform. The website was easy to navigate and the process of purchasing items was fairly straightforward. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the responses were not very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
