I recently used The Insurance Guy, Inc. for my insurance needs and I must say that their service was average. The website insguy.com was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, the customer support was not very helpful and it took them a while to respond to my queries. Overall, my experience with The Insurance Guy, Inc. was mediocre.
