I had a visit to Dr. Pepermintwala's office last week and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and the wait time was reasonable. However, I didn't feel like the doctor really listened to my concerns. He seemed rushed and didn't spend much time with me. Overall, it was an okay experience.
