I have been using Dotsmart for a while now, and I must say that their service is simply average. While they have some good features, there is definitely room for improvement. The website is a bit slow at times, and the user interface could be more intuitive. However, the pricing is fair and the customer support is responsive. Overall, I would rate Dotsmart as average.
