I have been a customer of Energie- und Wasserversorgung Bonn/Rhein-Sieg GmbH for several years now and I must say they have been consistently average in terms of service and reliability. While there haven't been any major issues, there have been a few instances where the water supply was temporarily disrupted due to maintenance work. Overall, I would rate them as average.
