The overall experience with Iknow.io was decent. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. However, I found the customer support to be lacking in responsiveness. It took quite some time to get a response to my inquiry. Overall, I would recommend Iknow.io, but there is definitely room for improvement.
