Of course the IKEA experience is a global phenomenon. It's the same everywhere.
One issue though: at the service desk we had to wait about one hour before we could return an item.
It seemed this was no fluke: the waiting area is designed to have this waiting capacity.
It seemed this service process is not LEAN at all. The employees were constantly busy with administration and walking around with single items. It seemed unorganized and inefficient.
One thing though: the employee that eventually helped us (710429) was very friendly!

The store itself is fine. The restaurant is fine.
The products are good.
