The Rotana Gym is highly recommended for personal training. Over a year I worked with Chibu s highly professional goal specific power /strength training regime. He combined a varied but always progressive program, doubling my targets e.g. now hitting 90kg dead lifts and 60kg bench press as well as machine work to dramatically change my physique and wellbeing. Chibu gives nutritional advice and adjusted the regime to avoid injury or over work - really sensible. I highly recommend him. I've trained in three gyms in Doha and this has the best facilities during my four years here.
