The worst customer service I have ever had. They took two payments for the same reservation from me. And when I brought it to their attention they do nothing about it and were rude to me. I showed them my confirmation numbers of payment, emails stating they were paied and I even brought out my bank statements to show them. But they still refuse to do anything about it. The hotel and the room it's self is nice and clean other than the renovation of the first floor.
