Come into Hotel for reservation i made months ago,upon arrival at check in i was informed my reservation was canceled. The supervisor gal at counted didnt seem interested to assit me on the issue and brushed me off to call reservation number and see what happen, at that point a nice gentleman from back office came out and asked me what happen and he got my reservation nuumber and said i will call and see what happen at that same time i call the 800 number as well. While i was on the phone the nice gentleman that back out and stated dont worry about it i will accomadate your reservation for the price you paid months ago.I was so pleased with him and how attentive and professional his demeanor was. I had to write a review based on the exceptional customer service.thank you
