I had a mixed experience with INTACT. Some aspects were good, while others were not up to my expectations. The customer service was excellent and very responsive. They answered all my queries promptly and efficiently. However, the quality of their products needs improvement. The packaging was subpar, and one of the items arrived damaged. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
