I had a recent experience with an online retailer and it was not up to par. The product I ordered took much longer to arrive than anticipated, and the packaging was damaged upon arrival. However, the customer service team was responsive and helped resolve the issue promptly. While I appreciate their efforts, I would have preferred a more efficient and reliable shopping experience.
