the service department is so slow!! it has now been a month and a half they've had my bike and are just now getting to it. after 5 weeks they go to change my clutch plates and find i have a seal gone bad. they say they have to order the seal and it will take a week to come in, call a week later and the seal is still not in but they are changing the clutch plates now as it could have been done a week ago when they found the problem with the seal. they haven't had any of the parts that were needed to do the repairs and they were all common parts. not exactly sure what they keep in stock but it hasn't done any good. very dissatisfied with my experience with them, won't be taking my bike back here for any repairs in the future unless they decide to hire some help in the shop.
