I had an average experience with Herman Litjens Vormgeving V.O.F. The website hlvw.nl was easy to navigate and the overall design of their products was decent. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't provide me with the detailed information I needed. I expected better from a company with such a professional website.
