I recently had an encounter with the Oregon Department of Education and I must say it was a mixed experience. While their website was user-friendly and provided helpful resources, some of the staff members I interacted with were not very knowledgeable and struggled to address my concerns adequately. I hope they work on improving their staff's expertise and make the overall experience more consistent.
