I recently had the opportunity to work with a local real estate company in California. I must say that my experience was average overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information about the properties available. However, I found the customer service to be just satisfactory. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slower than I would have liked, and I felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get the assistance I needed. The agents were polite and knowledgeable, but lacked the proactive approach I was hoping for. The company definitely has potential, but improvements in their communication and customer service could really make a difference in creating a more satisfying experience for clients.
