🌾 I recently had the opportunity to use a grain terminal service at Harrold Terminal, and my overall experience was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. 💻 However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not particularly welcoming. 😕 Moreover, the communication between the company and its customers needs improvement. There were delays in response time, and it was frustrating to not receive updates promptly. 📞 On the positive side, the terminal itself was well-maintained, and the machinery seemed reliable. 🚚 However, I feel that the company could do more to meet customer expectations and provide a more exceptional experience. Overall, I would rate Harrold Terminal as an average service provider in the grain industry. 🌾
