I have been a customer of Gradick Communications for quite some time now and I must say, their service is average. While I haven't faced any major issues, there have been a few instances where the quality of service was not up to the mark. The pricing is fair and the packages offered are decent. The customer support team is helpful, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their responsiveness.
