I had a great experience with Tenant Resource & Advisory Centre (TRAC)! Their website tenants.bc.ca provided me with all the necessary information I needed for my tenancy issues. The resources available on their website are excellent and helped me navigate through my rights and responsibilities as a tenant. I highly recommend TRAC to anyone who needs support and guidance with their tenancy matters. Their staff was also very knowledgeable and friendly, which made the whole experience even better.
