I had a satisfactory experience with Manton Air-Sea - FedEx Trade Networks. The shipment arrived on time, and the packaging was secure. However, I found the customer support to be lacking in responsiveness. It took multiple follow-ups to get a resolution for a minor issue. I hope they improve their customer service.
