I recently had the opportunity to work with a design and marketing company for my business needs. Upon visiting their website, I found it to be visually appealing and easy to navigate. The services they offered seemed promising and comprehensive.

However, the overall experience with the company turned out to be average. While they were responsive to my initial inquiries, the subsequent communication was often delayed and lacking in clarity. I felt that there was a lack of attention to detail in their work, as there were a few errors that required revision. While the end results were satisfactory, they did not exceed my expectations.

The team was friendly and tried their best to accommodate my requests, but I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of professionalism and customer service. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average.
