The customer service of Mensor lp is absolutely terrible. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a company before. The representatives are rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. Their website, mensor.com, is also difficult to navigate and does not provide useful information. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
