I brought one of my vehicles to the collision center to get an estimate, the insurance company suggested their preferred collision center but due to the company reputation I decided to bring it to you( which was totally a wrong decision), when I came in person to get the estimate I was told that they are waiting for my insurance adjuster to get the estimate even though I brought the car for the estimate Not the insurance company, I didn't understand why do I have to wait for my insurance company adjuster to get an estimate on my vehicle that I personally brought to your company, fast forward when the adjuster showed up and checked the car for the initial assessment, I asked for the estimate that I originally came here for Not the insurance estimate I was told they will only give me the same estimate the adjuster gave me I asked why is that, they said that's the way it's it may be confusing to me but that's how it's done, and I know beyond any shadow of a doubt that's Not how it's done and that's an insult to anyone's intelligence so I decided to get my car back and take it to an honest collision repair center, to add insult to injury I was charged $125 until now I don't even know why I was charged that amount and what kind of service was rendered to earn the money, I paid it Not because I agreed with the charge but because I was very disgusted with the service and if I have to pay money to avoid dealing further with you I'm very glad to do that.
