As a long-time customer of a certain financial institution, I was hesitant to switch to the Business Development Bank of Canada. However, after doing my research and giving them a try, I can confidently say that I made the right decision. BDC's services are great and their website is intuitive. I appreciate the attention to detail and the personalized approach they take with their clients. The only suggestion I have is to improve their mobile app, as it can be a bit slow at times.
