I've had a mixed experience with The brand revolution. While their products are of good quality, their customer service needs improvement. It took them a while to respond to my query and when they did, the solution provided was not satisfactory. However, I appreciate their efforts in resolving the issue. I hope they work on improving their customer service in the future.
