As a customer of Macusoft, I must say that their services are quite average. While they do offer some useful features, the overall performance of their products is just mediocre. I was expecting better quality for the price I paid. The user interface is not very intuitive and it takes a lot of time to get used to it. Additionally, their customer support is lacking. It takes forever to get a response from them and when you finally do, it's usually not very helpful. Overall, I would rate Macusoft as average and would not highly recommend them.
