I have been purchasing from QUINN, RACHEL C for some time now, and I must say that my experience has been a mixed bag. There have been instances where I received excellent products that exceeded my expectations. On the other hand, there were a couple of times when I faced issues with shipping delays and damaged items. However, their customer service team promptly resolved those problems. Overall, I would rate them as average.
