Overall service, rooms were excellent.

Overall service, rooms were excellent.
I was surprised ny hotel car for trip back to airport wasn't available.
I confirmed it before I reached the hotel (vi email), when I checkedin and then when I paid the bill.
However when I reached the lobby I was told the car was not available since it wasn't "confirmed".
