As a customer, I have not had a good experience with this company. They are virtually impossible to reach either by phone (2 consecutive 1 hour hold times only to be dropped at about the 62 minute mark). They have a "call back" provision that I've tried 3 times without getting a response. Email - no response in 5 business days. If anyone has managed to get a human being at this company to respond, I'd love to hear how you did it.
