I find the services provided by Koleje wielkopolskie spółka z o.o. to be average. The trains are usually on time and the staff is polite. The ticket prices are reasonable, but the overall experience could be improved. The trains are often crowded and the onboard facilities are not always up to par. I hope to see some enhancements in the future.
