When an employee has been with a company over15 years and then not even given a face-to-face explanation of why they are being let go, that's a joke. Robert, the company president, is only concerned about making money, loyalty means nothing to him. I worked hard for this company and got absolutely nothing back except rude, disrespectful treatment when i was thrown aside like a piece of garbage.
