More resort resort .. and customer service is very bad to the point of not respecting the guests .. despite the beauty of the place but the experience with reception + administration + room service is very poor and will not be repeated. Unjustified insistence from the administration on our entry into the room at 4pm, although we arrived shortly before and the room was ready, but the poor bureaucracy and lack of respect of the visitors forced us to wait until 4:30 for the keys to arrive !! The manager offered to refund the amount when we objected to not booking our chalets next to each other despite confirmation at the time of booking !!! Excessive physical exploitation and even a tax on the rental of jet ski, and the imposition of insurance in large amounts !! Add to that Hanjieh and strict amounts when visitors enter .. embarrassment and control is not justified !! Worst experiences !!!!!! I never recommend it
