I recently used the services of a collaborative network for my project. Although their website was user-friendly and informative, I found the overall experience to be lacking. The communication with their team was often delayed and the response time was not up to my expectations. Despite this, I appreciate their effort in delivering the service I requested. There is room for improvement in customer support and response time.
