Bought an ESG, easy install in my aircraft. Unfortunately the GPS antennae was DOA. Called Appareo and worked with their tech support, very helpful folks. When we established the GPS antennae was defective they offered to send me a new one at no extra expense and even offered to overnight it, now that's customer service! Got the new GPS antennae and the ESG came to life. Paired it with my Stratus 2s and what a combination, great performance!
