Poor service, dirty room. We got there at 10 AM. Understandably too early to check in. So we made a request for a quiet room and left for the day to do shopping, get groceries, etc. Return at 4 for regular check in, get told room isn't ready but will be soon. 5 comes, then 6. We keep getting told it'll be another 45 minutes. 45 minutes go by, another 45. Every time it's "45 more minutes". Finally at 7 we get an okay but "10 more minutes for the supervisor to check". It's 8 PM before we check in for our 4 PM check in. We get to the room and the bolt on both sliding bathroom doors are broken. The closets all smell of mildew. Sheets on the bed are dirty. I moved some sheets in the corner of the bed and a tuff of dirt and dust comes up. I woke up twice with bites on my arms so lord knows what's in the dirty bed sheets. Avoid at all costs.
