An absolutely magical experience with Tom and Cindy's Jon Herman. This was the second time we used Tom and Cindy. The first time was 3 years ago to rent out our townhome. Cindy provided her personal touch to the experience so we reached out to her when we wanted to buy another home in Kingstowne. Cindy provided us one of her best agents--Jon Herman. We were abroad during the close and Jon ensured the close went smoothly. He was always available to us--late at night, early in the morning, you name it. Jon was very informative about the market and once we bought the home, rented it out in 2 days! Highly recommend and the best agent we've ever worked with.
