The work was done but they were not truthful on the time it would take. I made the appt weeks in advance for 3 recalls, but when we arrived we were told it may not get looked at that day. What was the point of making the appt ahead? The next day we were dragged along all day not knowing when we would get the car back, until 6:15pm on the 2nd day we finally got the call. No courtesy car was provided.
